Accounts store an email address and a password hash. Scan history and finding review status belong to your tenant. Language preference, cookie consent, and the sign-in session stay in essential cookies. Error reports do not include personal data. If backups exist they are encrypted and kept for 30 days. Stripe handles payment details. We store customer and subscription identifiers and payment event records to manage access and billing.

Signed-in users can export or delete their account data from the account page.
